Squash is a full-body workout and great for getting to know new people. CSSC Squash Leagues are played one vs. one and players have two singles matches per night. Warning: once you start playing in this Calgary Adult Squash League, you won’t be able to stop!


After your game, meet up with your new friends and other players to enjoy exclusive food and drink specials at one of the CSSC's many Sponsor Bars around Calgary.

League Length

  • 9-weeks

  • All teams play once a week on the day they select when registering.

Typical Game Times

  • Weeknights: 6pm to 11:30pm

All CSSC Squash Leagues are self-officiated. Matches are best-of-five (rally-point scoring) and bookings are typically 1 hour long.

These leagues are 'double opponent,' meaning you get double the fun: you get to play two matches each night against two different opponents.

Singles - Open

Games are played 1 on 1 with no specific gender requirements.

Divisions are based on the experience and skills of a team - not on their competitive behaviour! No matter what skill level you register for, all players are expected to play with a 'fun-first, winning-second' attitude.

This division is for players that have experience playing Squash. Although skill levels may vary across participants.

  • Players will be provided with one double yellow dot ball at the start of the season.

  • Players are welcome to use a different ball, so long as both Team Captains agree prior to game time.
