Aussie Rules

Aussie Aussie Aussie....Oi Oi Oi.

The CSSC Co-ed Aussie Rules league is a non-contact, fun-first league, offered in partnership with Calgary Kangaroos. All games are played at a premium indoor turf facility. Whether you're brand new to the sport or a veteran, feel free to join and have a kick-about!

After your game, meet up with your teammates and other players to enjoy exclusive food and drink specials at one of the CSSC's many Sponsor Bars around Calgary!

League Details

League Length
  • Winter: 9-weeks

All teams play once a week on the day they select when registering.

Typical Game Times
  • Evening Leagues: 6pm to 10:30pm

While our leagues are self-officiated, there is a Games Coordinator onsite to help manage equipment, time and scores. Games consist of two, 25-minute halves and a 5-minute half-time, and bookings are typically 1 hour long

9's- Open

Games are played 9 on 9 with no specific gender requirements.

Divisions are based on the experience and skills of a team - not on their competitive behaviour! No matter what skill level you register for, all players are expected to play with a 'fun-first, winning-second' attitude.

If you have any questions about the different skill levels or where to place yourself, just call us!

Recreational

This division is for teams who are newer to the sport, or teams that consist of a mix of experienced and inexperienced players. Some players may still be learning the rules of Aussie Rules, while others may have lengthy playing experience. This is a league welcoming all to the game.
