We place a strong emphasis on hiring exceptional people and giving them the tools and guidance that they need to excel in their roles. New staff are given strong support and direction but are encouraged to gain freedom through commitment and results.

A note from our former Event & Marketing Coordinator (Tiona):

"Who knew that you could combine your love of sports with work?! Being the EMC at SSC for 2 years was an absolute dream come true.

I've played sports my entire life, and they have always been such a vital role in both my physical and mental health. SSC is an extremely welcoming environment, with a focus on hard work and fun, and the tools to advance yourself in work and life.

As the EMC, I was able to challenge myself to make events bigger and better than ever before. This position pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and kept me continually striving to do better. Seeing all of the smiling faces on a tournament day was one of the most rewarding feelings!"
